Making Video Projects Happen: The Shooting Gallery Room 225
Be ready for a hands-on experience where you will be placed in the role of a student learning how to shoot better videos, planning shots, and editing video with WeVideo.

Why aren’t more students creating videos? Teacher fear in many cases. This session is designed to help educators become comfortable with shooting video, the planning process, and editing a video. You can then take this challenge and replicate it with your students. Then your class will be off and running with video projects!

Examining Digital Project Design From Multiple Perspectives Room 225
Digital lessons and projects can enhance your curriculum by bringing in a wide array of web-based resources and tools. Like any lesson, the design of a digital project must be deliberate, thoughtful, and thorough. The best projects challenge students by incorporating critical thinking and creativity, while providing them with a clear task, step-by-step instructions, and specific criteria as to how they will be evaluated. This activity will have you consider the various attributes that make a quality digital project.
